Lauren drew out the cake she wanted this year and I tried to copy it as close as I could..this is how it turned out.  She was happy so I guess that's all that matters!!  I can't believe she is NINE...growing up so fast! 

Of course, peace cookies to match...we gave these out for the favors.

LA. Tech Cookies

I had just gotten this cookie cutter when a friend asked me to do Tech cookies for her daughter, who was graduating from there.  I was so excited!  I can also do this cookie in other school colors (Cedar Creek, A.E. Phillips, etc..)  

It's A Girl!! ~ Cookies & Petit Fours

 

I did these cookies and petit fours for one of my favorite customers.  Her sister has all boys and is soon having a baby GIRL!!  They are so very excited! 

Red Sox Cookies & Cupcakes

I did these cookies for a little boys' birthday party who loves the Red Sox. The cupcakes were just a simple swirl of icing with sprinkles and my customer got the cute toppers from Etsy. My boys loved these cookies and have already placed their own order :-)

Baby Shower

I liked that these cookies were a little "different" than the usual shower cookies.  The customer wanted the colors to coordinate with the invites.  I wasn't sure how they would turn out at first, but it all came together once I got started!  I wish I had a pic of the invites to put on here as well..but I can't find it!!

Texas Bound...

I am very behind on posting pics...so, I am now trying to catch up a little bit.  I did these cookies a few months ago for a going away party.  The couple was moving to Texas, so it was kind of a "western" theme..this is what we came up with..

Top Secret Cake

This cake was for my nephew, Connor.  His birthday party was a Sherlock Holmes themed party at an old mansion in Shreveport.  It was a bit challenging but this is what we ended up with...   The hardest part was getting it to Shreveport in one piece!!  Especially since we were traveling in Greg's truck and I had to hold it all the way there!!  However, we made it and Connor liked it so it was all worthwhile  :)



Farm Cake

I have done a few cakes lately, mostly for friends and family...I did this one for a little girl's 2-yr old birthday party.  Her mom just wanted something simple, single layered...turned out ok I thought..

Petit Fours

These are petit fours I did at the request of my niece.  She wanted them to take to take to school for her birthday.  They were my first to do for an actual "party".  She loved them so I guess that's all that matters!  :-)

Princess

I did these cookies and cupcakes for a great friend's little girl who was turning 1.  The princess theme is always one of my favorites!!



The Red Door

This is an order I did a few months ago for The Red Door in Shreveport.  They had their one year anniversary celebration and I did 200 of these for the event. The cookie matches their logo...

Super Heros

I did these cookies for a superhero party.  I LOVE this idea and am trying to talk my son into a superhero party now!!  The first couple of pics were sent to me by my customer so that I could coordinate the cookies to go with the theme.  So cute...thanks Jenny :-)  Hope you don't mind if I copy you!!

Rainbows

I so enjoyed doing these cookies!!  All I could do was smile as I was surrounded by 50 rainbows...something about all those bright colors.  It also reminded me of junior high when rainbows and unicorns were "in"!!  Thanks Shannon!  :-)

Graduation cookies..

This customer was having a luau themed graduation party for her son..so she wanted pineapples to go with the graduation caps...

These caps were for K-5 graduation at Calvary Baptist in Shreveport...

Summer...

These are some fun summer time cookies I did for end of the year school parties.  The flip-flops are very popular for pool parties as well.  Also did those for a luau-themed couples shower and we put the couples names on them...guess I didn't get a pic of those! 

1st Birthday

Although it looks bigger to me, this is a 6 in "smash cake" for a little girl's 1st birthday.  The cake and cookies matched her invitations but I don't have a pic of those. The cake pic has a yellow tint for some reason but at least you can get an idea of how it looked!  The cookies were given for party favors...
